For each outlet operating under a signed agreement, 5%–8% of Net Gross Sales shall be allocated as the applicable Brand/Management Revenue Share.

From this allocation, approximately 30%–40% shall be designated as the Regional Head Chef Partner Share, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective agreement.

This incentive structure is designed to reward Regional Head Chef Partners for their contribution toward food quality, recipe consistency, kitchen systems, staff training, hygiene standards, cost control, operational supervision, and culinary excellence across multiple outlets.
